Primary Care Conditions
We diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of common health concerns, including:
Chronic Disease Management
- Diabetes (Type 2)
- Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)
- High Cholesterol
- Thyroid Disorders
General Health Concerns
- Fatigue, headaches, and dizziness
- Mild respiratory illnesses (cough, cold, bronchitis)
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Minor skin conditions (rashes, eczema, acne)
Preventive Care

- Annual physicals and wellness checks
Note: We do not provide vaccinations, advanced imaging (CT scan, ultrasound), or urgent care for severe injuries or emergencies.

Our clinic is equipped for basic diagnostic testing:
Electrocardiogram (EKG)
Laboratory Services
Basic Point-of-Care Testing
EKG: Heart rhythm monitoring for cardiac concerns.
Lab Services: In-house blood draws, immediate drug screens, and urinalysis via Carolina Diagnostics.
Point-of-Care: For select conditions as ordered by your provider.
What We Do Not Treat
For your safety, we refer patients elsewhere for:
- Severe injuries, fractures, or trauma
- Chest pain or symptoms suggestive of heart attack
- Severe allergic reactions
- Advanced imaging needs (CT scan, ultrasound)
- Vaccinations and travel medicine

We believe in a team-based model. If your needs go beyond our scope, we coordinate referrals to trusted local specialists and partner clinics to ensure you receive the right care at the right time.
